Find the waste in your cloud bill
Send us your billing export. We send back every waste item we find, each with the dollar amount it costs you per month and the exact change to make. No credentials, no console access, no retainer.
$1,500–$2,500 · 5-day turnaround · 3× savings or you pay nothing
How it works
- Step 1
You export your billing data
A Cost Explorer CSV from AWS, a Cost Management export from Azure, or a Cloud Billing export from GCP. We send you the exact click path for your provider. It takes about five minutes.
- Step 2
We analyse it against current list prices
We run your actual usage against our own multi-cloud pricing catalogue — the same data behind the free calculator — and hunt for idle resources, overprovisioned instances, egress you're paying for twice, and commitments you should or shouldn't make.
- Step 3
You get a report in 5 business days
Every finding carries the dollar figure it costs you per month and the specific change to make, ordered by savings per hour of work. You decide what to action — we never touch your infrastructure.
What the report covers
- A line-by-line breakdown of where the money actually goes, by service and by workload
- Every waste item we find, each with the dollar amount it costs you per month
- Rightsizing recommendations with the specific instance changes to make
- Reserved Instance and Savings Plan analysis — what to commit to, and what not to
- A migration cost comparison if a cheaper provider would genuinely suit the workload
- A prioritised action list, ordered by dollars saved per hour of work
What it doesn't cover
- We do not make changes to your infrastructure — you get a report and a plan, you stay in control
- We do not need and will not ask for cloud credentials or console access
- Application rewrites and architecture consulting are out of scope
What you send us
- AWS: a Cost Explorer CSV export, or a Cost & Usage Report if you already have one
- Azure: a Cost Management usage export
- GCP: a Cloud Billing export (CSV or BigQuery extract)
- Optional: a rough description of what runs where, which saves us guessing
That's the whole list. Everything above is a self-service export you can generate yourself and revoke nothing afterwards, because you never granted anything.

Questions
Do you need access to my cloud account?
No. You export your own billing data and send us the file. We never ask for credentials, IAM roles, or console access, and we can't change anything in your account because we have no way in.
What if you don't find anything?
Then you pay nothing. If the audit doesn't identify at least 3× the fee in annualised savings, there's no invoice. Industry benchmarks put cloud waste near 27% of spend, so this is a risk we're comfortable taking.
My bill is small. Is this worth it?
Below about $2,000/month, probably not — the free calculator and the guides will get you most of the way, and we'd rather tell you that than take the fee. Say what you're spending in the form and we'll be straight with you.
Do you implement the changes?
No. You get a report and a prioritised plan; your team makes the changes. That keeps the engagement short, the price fixed, and your infrastructure entirely under your control.
How is this different from AWS Cost Explorer?
Cost Explorer tells you what you spent. It doesn't tell you which of those line items is waste, what the specific fix is, or what the same workload would cost on another provider. That comparison is the part we do.

Two questions, so the quote is right the first time. You'll get a reply within one business day, and nothing is charged until the scope is agreed.
