Who built this
SpendArk is built by Matt Anderson, a DevOps and site reliability engineer with over a decade of experience managing production cloud infrastructure. After years of helping startups and small teams troubleshoot runaway AWS and Azure bills, the gap was obvious: small teams needed straightforward tools and honest guidance built for them.
These tools and guides started as an internal cost-review workflow and grew into a free resource anyone can use.
